How do I upload product files
What file do I need to upload?
You must upload the actual file that customers will receive after purchase. This is usually a PDF, but it may also be a worksheet, template, spreadsheet, or other digital resource.
External links (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Canva, etc.) are not accepted.

My resource includes multiple files. How do I upload them?
If your product includes more than one file (for example: a PDF + a worksheet + a Canva link file), combine everything into a single .zip file before uploading.
Your .zip file may include:
- PDFs
- Word documents
- Spreadsheets
- Images
- Text files
- A “Read Me” or instructions file
- A document containing your Canva template link
Customers will download the .zip and access all included materials.
How do I create a .zip file?
On most computers:
- Select all the files you want to include
- Right‑click
- Choose Compress or Send to → Compressed (zipped) folder
Name your .zip file clearly (e.g., Meal‑Planning‑Toolkit.zip).
When should I use a .zip file?
Use a .zip file when:
- Your resource contains multiple files
- Your resource includes different file types
- Your file is larger than 64 MB
- You want to include a Canva link file or instructions document
- You want to provide a bundle of related materials
If you’re unsure, using a .zip is always a safe choice.
Can I upload a Canva link?
Yes — but not by pasting the link into the form.
Instead, include your Canva link inside a PDF or text file, then place that file inside your .zip.

Example:
- Meal‑Prep‑Guide.pdf
- Canva‑Template‑Link.txt
- Shopping‑List.xlsx
→ Combine into Meal‑Prep‑Bundle.zip
What is the maximum file size?
The maximum upload size is 64 MB.
If your file is larger, compress it into a .zip before uploading.

What happens if I paste a link instead of uploading file?
If you submit a product with any of the below:
- A Google Drive link
- A Dropbox link
- A OneDrive link
- A Canva link pasted directly
- A file that isn’t accessible
- A file that isn’t the final customer‑ready version
Your submission will be rejected or returned for revision.
